As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a course with us, you agree to our policies. The Copyright Policy, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy uploaded on the website www.astrotopia.in are to be read in conjunction with one another. The following page will cover the Refund and Cancellation Policy for courses administered by us. As a measure of transparency, we wish to inform every User and student of our refund policy beforehand.

RETURNS:

  • We stand behind our products at Astrotopia and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered online and are also based on live consultations we generally offer no refunds, so we request for you to consider your purchase with consideration.

  • We deal in online live courses and digital service in astrology and hence, do not offer or entertain requests for refund. We follow a strict no refund policy. To ensure that you (“User” or “you”) have sufficient information before enrolling in any course and can make an informed decision, we have made appropriate arrangements. We request the User to make sure to read our provided description available on our website www.astrotopia.in before enrolling for any such course. Apart from courses, there are blogs which are easily accessible and should be read before enrolling in a course. We also request the User to read the prospectus to have a better idea about the courses. These blogs and course prospectus are available to every User free of cost on our website, hence, we urge every User to use them to the maximum possible extent. We promise quality content in each of our courses and we would like you to have an idea about the exciting journey ahead!

  • In case of double payment, due to any reason, you will get your 100% money back. The same will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the User.

  • The refund policy mentioned above will also apply if any User decides not to complete the course post enrolment. If post enrolment, a User decides not to complete the course or start the course due to lack of further interest or for any other reason, the same shall not be a ground for grant of refund.

  • The refund policy mentioned above will also apply if any User asks for partial refund. We do not follow any concept of partial refund. Once enrolled, it is the choice of every User to continue or discontinue with the learning provided by our material. There will be no partial refund on these grounds.

  • Since the fees for a course and the accompanying study material has to deposited before starting the course and the same being non-refundable, we request every User to read the content already available on our website. From time to time, we also offer combo offers at discount prices. Please check those offers to lap up your favourite courses at discounted prices.

  • If you change your mind about your purchase and you have (a) not downloaded our product yet, (b) it has not been sent to you, (c) it has not been allocated to an astrologer yet to diarize or (d) you have not had your consultation yet, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request if made within 3 hour of purchase. Refund requests made after this are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please e-mail our customer care team at kreativekanya@gmail.com within 3 hour of making your purchase.

  • The timelines displayed on the site are an approximate. We try our very best to adhere to them; however, as these reports are manually generated by our team and astrologers, they may be subject to delays. We will do our upmost to deliver them on time, but delays will not be considered as a basis for a refund.

  • We are unable to offer refunds for incorrect data provided by the customer. We request for you to please re-check all your data when entering. However, if you e-mail us at kreativekanya@gmail.com within an hour of ordering the report, we will consider the changes to be made.

  • The products and services offered by Astrotopia are not meant to replace any emotional or medical treatment. It is offered here as a service. Astrotopia holds no responsibility or liability about the reality or reliability of the astrological effects on the human physiology. Customers therefore assume full responsibility upon this matter and no refunds will be issued on this ground.

  • Astrotopia will manage any damage caused to products whilst in transit to the customer. No refunds will be issued for products damaged when returned to Astrotopia and the customer takes full responsibility for this.

  • While Astrotopia tries to make sure that the products displayed on the website are delivered to the customer in an as-is condition, the picture may differ slightly from the original product. The customers are advised to exercise discretion in this matter. No refunds will be issued on this bias.

  • All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty and / or any other admin charges incurred by Astrotopia in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.

  • Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of a singular order.

  • We endeavour to process any refunds within 7 business days from the date of receipt of request. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank and payment gateway after the refund is initiated

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to provided address You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

  • If you are shipping an item over 5000/- you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kreativekanya@gmail.com

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email kreativekanya@gmail.com and send your item to: Panvel, Navi Mumbai, 410206
